She gained extensive experience in Negotiation & Influencing from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Unilever and Friesland Campina), Service Industry (Randstad), Retail (Ahold/Merison) and Not-for-Profit Companies (National Olympic Comittee and Cordaid), both locally in the Netherlands and abroad in Spain, Latin America and Asia. Since 2011, Roos has assisted organisations in improving their sales – and negotiation results by expanding the capabilities of entire teams and/or individuals through expert training and coaching.

In addition to a University Degree in Business Administration, Roos also holds Certificates in Coaching (Personal Effectiveness and Career Counseling) and Sales Training & Consultancy. As well as being fully accredited with ENS, she is also a Miller Heiman and Sales Funnel consultant.
