At ENS, we\'ve discovered over the two last years that our Virtual Programs could be as engaging, personalised and fulfilling as an in-person workshop, if not more. Held in 4 half days over 2 weeks (instead of 2 full days), our Virtual courses give you time to practice in between sessions and apply your learning as you go, in real life. We\'ve introduced role plays, breakout discussions, plenary feedback, polls, but also more short breaks during the sessions to avoid fatigue. This virtual course will be delivered by Melanie Lilley, an accredited coach and team coach specifically focused on the critical area of middle and senior management.
